RTU is the conducting body of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). The admission criteria are same as that of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA) set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) which manages the joint seat allocation for admission. Based on the marks of JEE main and class 12th percentage a merit list is generated followed by four to five rounds of counseling and students are admitted in different disciplines of engineering. JEE MAIN is the national level undergraduate engineering entrance exam conducted by NTA. UD has been the first choice top rankers in merit list be it students belongings to Rajasthan as well as outside Rajasthan. The cutoff for the UD has been the highest amongst all other colleges of University as it is ranked amongst the top 5 colleges of Rajasthan with IIT Jodhpur and BITS Pilani. The students have to fill in the registration form and then fill up the choice list of the colleges participating in REAP. With the sharpest brains on our side we are the top engineering college of Rajasthan.
