Grievance Redressal

Grievance Redressal

There exists a well established mechanism for redressal of students’ grievances related to academic and non-academic matters, such as discipline, harassment, victimization, examination, etc. There are Grievance Redressal Committees to deal with such matters.

If a student desires to seek redressal of a grievance faced by him or her, he or she has to bring it to the notice of his HOD of the Department concerned or Chief Warden or Chief Proctor or Dean (FA) depending on the nature of the matter concerned. Subsequently the matter is referred to the respective committee for investigation. If not resolved, the student can post his/her grievance at http://www.rtu.ac.in/home/grievance
